ANALYSIS OF THE INFLUENCE OF HUMAN RESOURCE QUALITY, WORK DISCIPLINE, WORK MOTIVATION TOWARD PERFORMANCE BATIK ARTISAN

Abstract:

In this study was used to test and analyze the influence of the quality of human resources, labor discipline, motivation to work on the performance of batik artisans in Kampung Batik Laweyan Surakarta. Research data collection is done through questionnaires, interviews, literature and literature studies conducted on large-scale industry, medium and small number of 58 employees at the Kampung Batik Laweyan Surakarta. In analyzing the data in this study using SPSS version 17 software. The sampling used is stratified random sampling method. In testing the data using the validity test, the reliability test by looking at the Cronbach Alpha value, the classic assumption test and multiple linear regression analysis are used to test the hypotheses of the research variables. The results of large-scale industry analysis show that the variable of work motivation has the most influence on the performance of batik artisan. The results of the medium scale industrial analysis of work motivation variables have a significant effect on the performance of batik artisan. The results of small-scale industry analysis show that the variable work discipline has a positive influence on the performance of batik artisan.
